Birchanger Butterflies Preschool, which was initially established in 1990, has expanded and evolved into a well regarded local pre-school facility. We offer a secure, loving, and engaging learning environment for kids ages 2 to 5 in our own well-equipped building and lovely rural setting. Our skilled nursery team promotes imagination, independence, and self-assurance to help each child reach their full potential. We undergo regular inspections from Ofsted, who visited us in September 2016 and gave us high marks. In this serene, friendly setting, kids settle down without any difficulty. They form close bonds of affection with the personnel. Staff members accurately use assessments to promote children's ongoing growth. Children learn with enthusiasm and do a good job of following directions. In May 2010, the Pre-School successfully completed Stage 3 of the Pre-School Learning Alliance Accreditation process. The Alliance's accrediting programme, Reflecting on Quality, aids early childhood establishments in providing the best possible education and care for children. Setting may prove to parents, professionals, and the larger community that the service provided is of a consistently high standard by achieving Reflecting on Quality. Although not officially a part of Birchanger C of E Primary School, the Pre-School has close ties to the institution despite being located on its premises. The pre-school has a separate outdoor play space, and we can also use various school amenities including the playground, the gym, and the P.E. equipment. We also participate in school-sponsored occasions and activities, such school plays, that are suitable for our age group. A parent committee that has been chosen manages the pre-school. The committee oversees policy and procedure, personnel hiring, building upkeep, health & safety, and fundraising. The Pre-School Learning Alliance recognises Birchanger Butterflies Preschool as a Registered Charitable Incorporated Organization (CIO).
