We have a parent information board with current articles, useful ideas, and childcare guidance, as well as a parent information screen in the hallway with updated information.
The nursery has a CCTV monitoring system in use in all the nursery rooms and garden.
To allow parents to see what their children have been doing, we like to put up pictures of the kids doing things they do on a daily basis and during Nursery events.
We want to plan parent evenings so that parents can take the time to look at the resources and activities in each nursery room, speak with the staff, observe the work the kids have been doing and will be doing, and talk about the growth of their own kids.
