From the Little Earthworms
We are a sustainable nursery that works hard to meet and even surpass your expectations.
In the few years before founding the nursery, my sister and I had both worked as nannies. We had formed strong bonds with the local families and developed a fantastic reputation for providing enjoyable and high-quality childcare.
Before our nanny careers took off, Rachel and I had both worked in nursery settings for a long time.
We both had experience working in numerous nurseries between us, and we always wanted to completely implement our knowledge and ideas to go above and beyond what was expected of nurseries, but we found it difficult to achieve these goals when the nursery wasn't our own.
To truly make our nursery feel like a home and for fire safety purposes, we needed a building that was entirely on the ground floor.
We can create wholesome organic meals in the property's spacious kitchen.
The property's garden is big enough for all the kids to be playing outside at once; it has spacious grassy sections, a bike area with soft eco-friendly surfacing, a lovely little sensory garden, and peaceful decking areas as well.
a nice enclosed area for our chickens to cluck around, as well as lots of room for our vegetable patches and mud kitchen!
We always treat our staff with great respect and are grateful of their hard work and efforts; as we know how important continuity is to the children and want to keep our staff for as long as possible while always continuing to encourage them to strive for their dreams just as we did.
We make sure that comments and appreciation are used to help staff members reach their maximum potential because we both worked in nurseries for years and understand how hard employees work and often do not get enough praise and encouragement.
All workers, parents, and other caregivers will be treated fairly and equitably, If you're a parent seeking a nursery that will live up to all of its promises—a nursery that prioritises your children while also showing genuine concern and teaching youngsters about the environment—then look no further.
Then you've discovered it.
