The preschool was founded in 2012 and is registered with and subject to the regulation of Ofsted. We are also registered to receive government money for children aged 2 to 5 under a variety of current programmes.
Our executive team and co-founders have a combined total of more than 40 years of expertise in the field and come from exceptional backgrounds.
We seek to operate within a framework that offers equal opportunity for all children and families without prejudice since our employees take pleasure in their job and feel that the experiences we provide children are just as essential as their care and education.
We also provide an extracurricular activity every week that is instructed by competent and approved specialists and includes anything from coaching football to teaching kids how to dance in the street to teaching them how to play musical instruments.
Our co-founder Ayten has more than 30 years of experience working in the childcare industry.
She is qualified to Level 3 and arranges a wide variety of educational activities to ensure that children's requirements are addressed.
Jordan has a Level 3 certification, is trained in first aid and child protection, and also has a Level 2 certificate in food hygiene and safety.
Our co-founder and head of finance is Atkin.
Burcin, who the kids refer to as Miss B, has been employed by us since April 2019.
She is an apprentice nursery practitioner pursuing a Level 2 certificate in childcare.
Miss B appreciates her time spent with the Little Sparkes staff and looks forward to her daily lessons.
Miss Ferah has one year of experience in the field and a level 2 qualification in childcare.
She joined our team in March, and in September she will begin her level 3 qualifying.
She likes being creative and playing plenty of games with the kids, all the while constantly encouraging positive behaviour. She is extremely passionate about her work at the nursery.
