The Academy, which began with 12 players and 1 instructor on a field at Rectory Park, has since expanded to over 100 players, 14 coaches, and staff.
Coach Shakir, the Academy Director, began to design the concept of a centralised London programme in 2016 that was centred on a continental style of play.
It took more football IQ to teach younger players because the method was more individualised.
