The nursery staff members who are seated in the circle for circle time activities welcome the children as they arrive. The freedom to select their own activity in this environment helps the kids feel at ease in their surroundings. Little Wellingtons is really lucky to have a fantastic outdoor space with a protected yard. Every member of the staff at Little Wellingtons Pre-School strives to make every child feel included, protected, and appreciated. Throughout their time at the setting, we keep an eye on the development of the kids. Following a key worker system that enables staff to understand the requirements of each individual child and develop activities to expand and extend their learning chances, we watch children to identify their strengths and help them in all areas of learning. Our goal is to foster good relationships with parents and kids while offering a warm, welcoming setting that respects everyone. At Little Wellingtons Pre-School, we think that open communication and strong parent relationships will result in a successful early learning curriculum. Following an inspection on October 29, 2018, Little Wellingtons Pre-School is delighted to inform that it received an Ofsted rating of Good. Children who participate in the morning session must be picked up by 12 o'clock. Children who stay for the entire day are watched throughout lunch. Additionally, parents are asked to give their kids a drink bottle. Younger kids who remain overnight get a plush sleeping pad.
