The Rocheway Preschool, run by Essex County Council, was once known as that.
The preschool was renamed Mini Marvels Pre School Limited when the parents were invited to take over in 2010. As a result, a parent-run committee was established.
For more than 40 years, our preschool has served the neighbourhood.
Our highly trained team is dedicated to including all kids and places a big emphasis on the advantages of outdoor play.
Our mission is to provide a joyful, engaging, and secure environment for all local kids to learn and develop a variety of abilities through play and exploration, inspiring them to become self-reliant and self-assured people.
The Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, which culminates at the conclusion of your child's reception year in primary school, will be followed by your child while they attend Mini Marvels.
Your child's key person, who you and your child will meet when you first visit the facility, will watch over and interact with your child while they participate in activities. They will keep a written record of your child's progress and accomplishments, which they will be happy to share with you on a regular basis.

To foster a lifetime love of reading and to help your child learn the value of taking care of things and returning them, take out a storybook from our library and enjoy reading it to your child at home.
What I Did Over the Holidays pages, scrapbooks, and online learning journals (Tapestry)
The main person for your child will write up a thorough account of their experiences at Mini Marvels.
Additionally, you will receive a personal login so that you can access your child's online learning journey through Tapestry. With this login, you can view any time the written observations, pictures, and comments that your child's Keyperson has made while participating in various activities.
We've enclosed the most recent report for you to read, along with a sheet for you to fill out for your child on what they did over the holidays.
This information is afterwards added to the scrapbook and aids staff in inspiring your kids to communicate to us about the things they have done or significant occasions in their lives, such as holidays or family celebrations or weddings.
