The nursery has grown and prospered throughout the years with the help of our board of trustees, starting out as a play group at the adjacent church Queensway Chapel.
Children between the ages of three months and eight years old are cared for in the lively, sunny environment hidden behind the modest reception room.
A Christian charity called The Nursery helps families take care of their young children.

We have four skilled staff members who can care for up to twenty-eight youngsters in this room.
The preschool classroom is roomy and open, with room to roam about, build, learn, and play.
The preschool schedule is primarily play-based, with scheduled adult-led sessions to get kids ready for school's Reception class.
The preschool staff also offers a Letters and Sounds programme during term time that focuses on building listening skills and early detection of sounds appropriate for reading. These sessions are brief and focused on extending children's learning and experiences through their interests.
The learning and development of the children who visit our daycare depends on outside play.
Since we firmly believe that there is no such thing as "poor weather," we actively encourage the kids to go outside and explore as much as they can.
The garden is large and split according to age groups.
Each of the three rooms has a private garden area with resources suited to their respective ages.

The nursery has a small supply of extra wellies, waterproof overalls, sunblock, and summer hats.
