The playgroup is run at the calm, secure Taplow Village Centre, which is close to the village green and has plenty of parking. We provide two primary indoor play areas as well as, weather permitting, an outdoor playground next to the village green. Because of the rural surroundings, kids frequently use nice weather to play or have a picnic on the grass after playgroup. We are members of the Early Years Alliance, registered with Ofsted, Bucks County Council, and the Charity Commission. According to DFEE guidelines, we are able to accept a total of 36 children and provide nursery education financing for 3 and 4 year olds. Funding for children under 2 will only be granted upon Bucks County Council recommendation. The term following the third birthday will see the start of funding. These kids are entitled to five free, three-hour sessions each week, subject to waiting list and space limitations. If parents qualify for 30 hours of supported care or if additional costs must be paid for their kid to participate, we also offer two afternoon sessions.
