Wiggly Worms Day Nursery's beliefs and ethos encourage parents, staff, and kids to collaborate in order to best serve each unique child. We think kids are special and need love, care, and attention. We assist in educating kids about respect and politeness while promoting good behaviour. Children are encouraged and supported to participate in adult-led and child-initiated activities in our learning-through-play environment. Children are free to move around the nursery as they grow more independent and self-assured.
We acknowledge that parents serve as their children's primary teachers and highly value our close relationship with parents. We actively foster an open and respectful interaction between practitioners and the families of our children, and parents and caregivers are welcome to join in activities at the nursery.
At Wiggly Worms Day Nursery, we place a high focus on the developmentally beneficial effects of active learning and the benefits of outdoor play. This is the main emphasis of our everyday work, along with the positive effects it has on their growth and behaviour.
