We are constantly seeking for motivated individuals to join our team.
We are a child-led team, so we need enthusiastic practitioners, senior leaders, and teachers who share this concept. You must be eager to understand children and encourage them in taking charge of their own learning and exploration. Of course, we will assist you in getting there if you enjoy the idea but need some training and support.
We will be happy to have you on the team whether you have years of experience or are just starting out.
There is training and support available for what you require, and we'll help you if you want to advance your education. At every level, everyone is regarded and cherished, and we provide possibilities for advancement within our system.
As part of our safer recruitment strategy, you must possess at least a level 3 qualification (or be almost finished with one), as well as a clear DBS.
From half a day to entire day, we work shifts (all day with an hour for lunch). The roles that are offered range from 30 to 36 hours a week, depending on your needs. You will get four weeks of vacation time in addition to bank holidays to recover and travel.
