English Teacher Makeda Gittens was racially abused by Kayden Richards and Harry Millward and Ben Cooper and Simon Reynolds took no action to address this . Makeda was also assaulted snd felt intimidated by students who were persistenly abusive physically and verbally. Makeda also had concerns about equality and diversity and equality of opportunity which were ignored. Pastoral offer punishment to children and they say that there is a pastoral.room for support but it's not it's a seclusion room where pupils who don't conform are segregated from other pupils . SLT don't care that they have lost good staff, they spend too much time in the office when us on the ground floor are getting hurt and feel unsupported. Ben cooper and connor moore restrain kids in an illegal manner and they cover it up as they are able to edit and delete concerns on Cpoms. There is no accountability at Dudley Port School. Dick head cooper kicked me out the school he's the worst teacher ever he never helps the kids he just bullies kids and restrains them I used to love the school it was great doing pe lessons with mmr campbell but he's gone and it's the worst place. Due to the schools high levels of unresolved racism this stems into impacting on job roles and equality of opportunity. This school is disgusting,good staff ignored by SLT when they report genuine concerns,pastoral non existent,children鈥檚 needs aren鈥檛 met.racism not dealt with,when ofsted are in people are prepared about what to say and handpicked to speak to them.Lots of meetings held by HR but nothing changes,over 10 permanent members of staff left in last 18 months plus numerous agency who refuse to go back

Connor Moore Pastoral Lead performs illegal restraints on pupils and nothing is done about him because he is friends with Benjamin Cooper. Connor Moore purposley restrains Jenson Rooke he is a disgrace of a pastoral Lead. Hss no process to deal with racist behaviour so will have to have an official come and inspect the school and safety of pupils.

I'm not happy about the schools response to verbal racist behaviour and I don't feel my son should attend until this matter has been sorted. The police will be attending the school to sort it out as the school take no notice of parents comments regarding bullying.
