The Mark Way School's headteacher, Mrs. Sonia Longstaff-Bishop, and I would like to thank you for visiting our website. We want to extend a warm welcome to you at our school. The Mark Way School in Andover is a school for kids with special needs who are between the ages of 11 and 16. We provide special education services for students with a variety of abilities and needs, such as moderate learning difficulties, global developmental delay, autism spectrum disorders, specific learning difficulties, speech, language, and communication disorders, difficulties with gross and fine motor skills, and moderate visual and hearing impairment. Our children' success is our top priority at The Mark Way School. We have a strong feeling of community at our small school, where each student feels supported and their unique needs are met. The staff is highly qualified and competent, and they have a deep understanding of the children and their families. They collaborate with them to get the greatest results. All of the students who attend our school have a "Education and Healthcare Plan" (EHCP), also known as the "Statement of Special Educational Needs." We encourage visitors to our school as this provides them a better understanding of who we are. To schedule a visit, please call Mrs. L. Kemp at the administrative office at 01264 351835.
