We appreciate your interest in Avon Valley College (AVC) as your child's secondary school.
AVC is one of Salisbury Plain Academies' founding members.
As I start my third year as Avon Valley College's principal, I am both proud and eager.
This has been a great year for Avon Valley College after gaining the best set of GCSE results in five years that moved us up hundreds of places in the school performance tables and receiving an increasing number of applications to join the school over the past several months.
We will have a brand-new, cutting-edge building with 18 classrooms for the sixth form, computing, math, and the expressive arts in February 2020.
This is the first stage of Wiltshire's extensive plans for the school's renovation and improvement.
As a parent of two, I am aware that fostering a sense of security, love, and belonging in children and young adults is essential to their development.
The main objective of AVC is to support students in becoming happy, productive members of society and our community.
