Some good teachers in the English and History departments. Heads of year want the best for their students but pastoral structure doesn't provide continuity e.g. too much swapping of form groups and form tutors. Highly disorganised provision of the curriculum in many areas. Challenging students often "off rolled". Issues with staff recruitment and retention. Many teachers lack prior UK experience. Would not be my first choice school for my own children. Unsure how ³Ô¹ÏÌìÌà come...
