From the JFS
JFS is an inclusive, co-educational, modern, orthodox Jewish school that works to produce well-educated, proud, and devout Jews who will be responsible and valuable contributors to society. JFS is a fantastic institution. Our astounding annual public examination results, which position us continuously in the top five schools in the nation outside the independent sector, make this quite evident. JFS's size and breadth of resources allow us to specialise in a variety of curricular alternatives. Academically, students can succeed, and all of our staff members are subject experts. Our rigorous curriculum includes not only Art, English, French, Geography, History, Ivrit, Jewish Studies, Mathematics, Music, PE, Science and Technology but extends to Astronomy, Classical Civilisations, Dance, Drama, ICT, Spanish and much more. Our pastoral care makes sure that we take the time to develop each child's unique aptitude and ability. We take great satisfaction in providing a programme that helps each kid to realise their greatest potential. In 2002, the school moved to its newly constructed Kenton Campus, where it now serves 2000 students, ages 11 to 18, in cutting-edge facilities. Our students represent the widest spectrum of the Jewish community and come from all over London and Hertfordshire. We genuinely serve the needs of the whole Jewish community. In addition to providing students with the chance to realise their potential, our sixth form also helps them get ready for life after school. At "A" Level and BTEC, we provide the widest selection of topics, and we are constantly expanding our vocational pathways. We offer top-notch preparation for the futures of our pupils.
