I'd like to extend a warm welcome to you on behalf of Kempston Challenger Academy and the Challenger Multi Academy Trust.
Offering pupils a wide range of activities inside and beyond the classroom is our primary goal.
Every student is able to advance through the school and perform to the best of their abilities in their formal GCSE/A Level examinations thanks to access to a number of varied learning opportunities.
While at Kempston Challenger Academy, students can control their own futures by gaining as many skills and experiences as they can.
It gives pupils the chance to hone their abilities outside of the classroom.
All students should earn a Challenger Diploma at the bronze, silver, or gold level during the academic year.
Every student will have access to a wide range of activities designed to help them develop their abilities and qualities in the Challenge, Motivation, Ambition, and Team categories (CMAT).
Any student who participates in activities outside of the classroom can earn Challenger Diploma credits.
This goal has led to KCA's quick improvement each year, which culminated in the school receiving the GOOD OFSTED rating in 2018 in addition to better grades, behaviour, and attendance.
We want all of our students to leave with the conviction that they can succeed since this is the first step on the road to achievement.

Since Chiltern Learning Trust took over 2 years ago the school has changed dramatically. The emphasis is on rules & behaviour policy whilst they forget to engage, encourage and educate pupils. The SLT and Trust in general are not interested in parent views or opinions. Communicate is poor and any queries or complaints ts have to be constantly chased as the SLT do not follow up.
