Our school emphasises the following five core values: integrity, kindness, optimism, respect, and courage. Children are urged to live up to these ideals by treating people how they would like to be treated in both their school and home lives. Every youngster is urged to exercise independence and make use of our ten "Superskills for Learning." An excellent learner, in our opinion, is someone who... connects, collaborates, communicates, perseveres, is reflective, is self-assured, is creative, is resourceful, and is interested. Children who demonstrate these qualities in their learning are rewarded, and they are also able to identify these talents in the learning of others. By doing the following, we fulfil our school's mission of "All Equal, All Different, All Achieving." establishing a joyful, active, and energetic learning atmosphere where each student's best efforts are valued. recognising each learner's unique requirements and facilitating achievement for all students by fostering an inclusive school environment that offers everyone an equal chance. encouraging kids to have active, inquisitive minds, the capacity to think critically, to ask questions and draw connections, and to apply their knowledge to practical problems. fostering in kids a good outlook, respect for oneself and others, awareness of the world we live in, and a tolerance for differences in race, religion, culture, and beliefs creating a learning atmosphere and "I Can" mentality that empowers students to take calculated chances and exercise their independence. We help kids become resilient and adopt a "growth mindset" attitude. We encourage kids to "extend their brains" and learn from their failures. Never give up is the key. Most importantly, we want school to be enjoyable and for every student to achieve their full potential.
