Following a number of development sessions with the school community, we selected "Knowing Every Child" and "Universal High Expectations of All & Self" as our two main drives for improvement. In order to execute on the two primary drivers, "In Pursuit of Excellence" became the central driving philosophy for all of our activities in September 2014. Reception & Nursery Places September admission is fully subscribed. Year 1 to Year 6: 90%+ at or above Age Related Expectation (NRSS 85+ with a considerable part at or above NRSS of 115+ (Gifted & Talented) in Reading, Writing, Math, and GPS) EYFS: 74%+ having a Good Level of Development (Grammar, Punctuation & Spelling) Get rid of the underachievement dog. Less than 10% of students across the board perform below age-related expectations. to become arguably the best school in the world by offering a diverse and engaging educational experience with top-notch resources, faculty, and facilities. Being a Dyslexia Friendly School, which incorporates a Dyslexia Friendly strategy that serves all students, is a crucial component of this goal. With a regular termly monitoring and review cycle to make sure we change as needed to preserve our focus on the results we intend to achieve, the 5 outcomes have a series of clear actions to help us deliver on each.
