Everyone is invited to return as the new school year gets underway. I genuinely hope you were able to spend some quality time during the vacation with your families and friends. Time is one of the most valuable resources we have, so being able to spend the summer break with my own family has been wonderful. During this academic year, as a school, and in partnership with families, we would like to revisit the very beliefs and values that underpin the learning that takes place here, that define our curriculum. As a group, we are going to consider the vision we have for your children as they grow up, and the values that are at the foundation of how we operate; the 'why' of what we do. We will schedule several open sessions for parents in the coming weeks, followed by surveys and questionnaires about our values. I'm hoping you'll be willing to add your ideas to this significant development project. There will be three primary categories;. Our Priority When children are around, what do we decide to concentrate on? Our Goal How will we prepare kids for a successful future in an unknowable world? We Stand For What beliefs are the foundation of our thinking? I'm looking forward to discussing this with you and hearing your thoughts. Within these pages we hope that you can find everything you need to know about our wonderful school. If not, please use the 'contact us' page to get in touch.
