Striving Happy Pupils Succeed! at our school, a kind primary institution. At Sketchley, we've developed a curiosity curriculum to help kids learn to ask questions, do research, and conduct investigations to get them interested in what they're studying. Every half-term, a fresh theme for the Curiosity Curriculum is introduced, built around a query that instantly grabs the attention of our students, parents, and carers. Over the course of the year, FS students will research "What does a T-Rex eat?" Year 1 will consider 'Would you rather be invisible or fly?', Year 2 will think about 'Do humans have wings?', Year 3 will ponder 'Is graffiti art or vandalism?', Year 4 will reflect on 'Why does my bottom burp?', Year 5 will contemplate 'Why are we a blue planet?' and Year 6 will cogitate on 'What was it like to be a soldier in World War 1?'. This website has a wealth of information about our school and the Curiosity Curriculum across the year groups, as well as a link to Twitter that documents all the fantastic things that Sketchley students do. Call the school office at (01455) 238640 to set up a visit so you can learn more and see the school in action. .
