Our Vision and Ethos Group is made up of representatives from each class from Year 1 to Year 6, with additional Year 6 members representing the younger children. The Vision Group meet regularly with Mrs Hughes to think about our school's Christian distinctiveness, vision and values, share and discuss ways to improve our school, plan and lead collective worship and values days and reflect on their weekly evaluation of collective worship. Our Vision group have met several times already during the autumn term. We have thought about behaviour across our school and how we can improve the way we celebrate and share the excellent behaviour that the majority of our children demonstrate. After discussing this back in class, we have refreshed our school rules and introduced a 'dojo' points system. We also enjoyed leading our Harvest worship at St Chad's church at the end of autumn 1.
