At St. Edward's Catholic Primary School, I serve as the headteacher.
Just over 400 kids attend St. Edward's, where there are two classes per year group.
I hope this new website will provide you with as much information as possible about our school.
Since the March 2017 Ofsted inspection, our Reception (Early Years provision) has shown a significant improvement.
You'll see that there has been an obvious improvement in the services offered, the available materials, the available space, the instruction, the confidence, and the available opportunities.
We encourage excellent conduct and academic performance.
In every aspect of the school, we routinely achieve outcomes that surpass the national average.
In July 2018, we celebrated our best-ever KS2 results, which are "far above" the national average for progress in reading and writing, "above" the average and with better depth, and "above" the average and with greater depth in mathematics.
The actual Guide for Schools 2019 has ranked us among the TOP TEN SCHOOLS IN BIRMINGHAM.
No matter what significant function we play within St. Edward's, we staff members constantly strive to be the best that we possibly can be.
St. Edward's takes an international perspective on education, and many of our faculty members collaborate with others from other institutions.
As a large family at St. Edward's, we make sure to constantly place "Jesus at the heart of all that we do," no matter what we learn or do (School Mission statement).
