From the Treloar School
The Treloar Trust offers young people with physical disabilities from all across the UK and abroad education, care, rehabilitation, medical assistance, and independence training.
Our goal is to empower these young people to reach their best potential by preparing them for adult life.
The Lord Mayor of London founded Treloar's, a recognised charity with a 19 million dollar annual revenue, in 1907.
The majority of our revenue comes from local government levies or individual donations, but we also need to raise an additional $2 million per year in order to continue to be a leader in the field of education and services for people with physical disabilities.
The improvement of public knowledge, comprehension, and awareness of the requirements and circumstances of Beneficiaries, particularly but not only through the encouragement of research and the dissemination of its beneficial findings.
The Trust is in charge of running Treloar College and Treloar School.
Our goal at the college is to provide all students with the tools they need to attain their long-term objectives, which may include pursuing higher education or finding meaningful employment, and lead a more independent life.
Additionally, the Trust makes a variety of outreach services available to the larger disabled community and rents out campus space to community sports and activity groups and for overnight stays.
